Program Structure

Program Structure

Our Global 360 business partners are organized naturally around our partner ecosystem. The outbound partners help grow revenue and market share. These partners are categorized as either influence or reselling partners. The inbound partners add resources to our core business.

There are three partner achievement levels including Silver, Gold and Platinum.

Platform Alliances

Categorized as an influence partner are the Platform Alliances. As part of our partner ecosystem that grows revenue and market share, Platform Alliances include software and technology companies who extend, enhance, or complement our solutions. Platform partners create integrations to our products as part of their software offering. Platform partners work with us in a reference or co-sell model and provide our customers with a rich ecosystem of complementary business and technology solutions that further extend the value of our solutions.

Global System Integrators

Also categorized as an influence partner are the Global System Integrators (GSI’s). These partners are part of our partner ecosystem concentrating on growing revenue and market share and include global consultants and systems integrators. This limited set of partners provide company transformations, consulting services and related implementation, integration, and training services to joint customers. GSI’s may resell licenses but services are the primary revenue driver. These include partners such as IBM Global Services, Accenture, Deloitte and BearingPoint.

RSI’s and Consulting Partners

Consulting Partners include consultants and regional systems integrators (RSI’s). As a part of our partner ecosystem, these partners might either be influencing opportunities or reselling our software. These partners provide consulting services and related implementation, integration, and training services to joint customers on a regional basis. RSI’s and consulting partners may resell our licenses but services are the primary revenue driver.

Value Added Resellers

Value Added Reselling partners (VAR’s) are comprised of companies who want to resell all or part of our product line as a component of their domain-specific, vertical-specific or application-specific solutions and professional services. They typically have sales and marketing resources that they are willing to dedicate to our products.

Distributors

Distributors are a component of our partner ecosystem and are categorized as a reselling partner. Distributors are reselling, services and support partners that cover territories that are not directly handled by the software manufacturer.

OEM’s

OEM partners are part of our partner ecosystem and are classified as a reselling partner. OEM partners include ISVs, SaaS, and hosted service companies who extend their solutions and value to customers by embedding or bundling our products as part of their offerings. OEM partners often leverage our products to power additional components of their solutions to drive strategic product differentiation and new revenue streams.

Implementation Partners

Implementation partners are a part of our partner ecosystem and are classified as inbound partners. These partners add resources to our core business and provide requirements analysis, design and implementation services for the Global 360 product suite. At times they may also assist Global 360 in the area of pre-sales and training on a regional basis.

Technology Partners

Technology partners are classified as inbound partners on our partner ecosystem and provide resources to our core business. These are software companies that provide Global 360 with complementary functionality or development services that can become an integral part of our solution offering.
